Melinda Bliss

Melinda Bliss

BS, RVT, Clinical Director

Melinda Bliss is a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist specializing in varicose vein ultrasound. Melinda was born and raised in Salem, Oregon and attended college at Oregon Institute of Technology. In 2005, after completing a year of externship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Melinda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Vascular Ultrasound Technology. She performs pre-operative and post-operative ultrasounds, as well as assisting doctors with vein procedures. Before starting with RAPC in 2010, Melinda worked for a vein clinic in Portland, Oregon. She brings four years of varicose vein experience to our practice.

McAllister

Marvin McAllister, PA-C

Marvin McAllister joined RAPC in July of 2008 as the Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant. He graduated from the University of Oregon in 1993 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science. In 2002 he earned his Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska. His work experiences include Family practice and Internal Medicine at Samaritan Health Services in Lincoln City, Oregon. In 2003 he was sent to Iraq where he served for two years as a Physician Assistant for the US Army. After returning home in 2005 he worked at Kaiser Permanente in Salem, Oregon as a Physician Assistant in Family Practice and Urgent Care.

Dr Isuani

Bernie H. Isuani, M.D.

Dr. Bernie Isuani received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Economics from Stanford University in 1992. He graduated with High Honors from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 1996 and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Isuani completed his radiology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a subspecialty fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Utah in 2001 and earned a Certificate of Added Qualification (C.A.Q.) in interventional radiology in 2002. Dr. Isuani joined Radiology Associates in 2004.

Dr McGlade

Charles T. McGlade, M.D.

Dr. Chuck McGlade received his pre medical education from Johns Hopkins - Phi Beta Kappa in 1979 and his medical degree from Cornell University - Alpha Omega Alpha 1983. He completed his radiology residency at UCLA and then completed a sub-specialty fellowship in Angiography at UCLA. He is a Medical Director of Radiology at Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute. Dr. McGlade has been with Radiology Associates since 1988.

Dr Thomson

Matt J. Thomson, MD

Dr. Matthew Thomson received his Doctorate of Medicine in 2000 from the University of Utah and completed his internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He finished his residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Thomson remained at Loma Linda for an additional year of fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He is a Medical Director of Radiology at Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute. Dr. Thomson joined the interventional team at Radiology Associates in 2006 and received a Certificate of Added Qualification (C.A.Q.) in Interventional Radiology in 2007.

Dr Wilson

L. Paul Wilson, M.D.

Dr. Paul Wilson received his medical degree from the University of Oregon Medical School in 1972 and completed his radiology residency at UC San Diego in 1976. He completed a fellowship program at UCSD in Ultrasound, CT and Angiography in 1977. He subspecializes in interventional radiology and has been instrumental in developing interventional and angioplasty services at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Dr. Wilson joined Radiology Associates in 1979.

Dr Zawierucha

Dr. Dariusz Zawierucha, M.D.

Dr. Dariusz Zawierucha completed his medical education at Stanford University School of Medicine followed by a year in San Francisco completing a yearlong Internal Medicine Internship. Following that, Dr. "Z" returned to Stanford University Medical Center where he continued with his Residency and Fellowship training. He earned his credentials for The American Board of Radiology as well as a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Vascular & Interventional Radiology. Dr. Zawierucha has more than 11 years of experience performing all aspects of Vascular & Interventional Radiology, as well as Diagnostic Radiology prior to joining Radiology Associates in 2010.
